Team Director

Dean Brooking

With 30 years operational and management experience, Dean always strives for continuous improvement and to explore, share & learn new ways that will drive the team to success.

Team focused with a driven ambition of delivering results, Dean’s team will push the boundaries of expectations above and beyond.

Dean has been involved in motorsport for over 20 years, racing in various categories and is now focused on team growth and success into the future of National Australian Motorsport.

Commercial Manager

Gavin Newman

Gavin’s 20+ years of involvement in motorsport includes being a Motorsport Australia accredited official, club level racer, club administrator and driver of the team’s Circuit Excel car.

With a background in IT Management Gavin’s organisational skills will assist the team both at the track and with preparation and administration between events. Responsible for Circuit Promotions, Gavin will promote the team and partners through regular social media updates and other event promotions.

Kirsten Engelhardt

Kirsten has been apart of JKD since its conception. Her approachable nature and problem-solving skills make her an integral part of the JKD Racing team. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is always ready to adapt to the dynamic world of motorsports. As JKD Racing's Team Manager, Kirsten embodies the commitment to excellence and teamwork that defines our organization. Her expertise and passion contribute significantly to our pursuit of victory on and off the track.

Digital Marketing Manager

Bianca Tsobas

As the newest member of the JKD Racing Team, Bianca brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for motorsports to our team.

Bianca's journey into the world of digital marketing started with a deep love for racing and a natural talent for understanding the intricacies of the online world. Her commitment to the industry, combined with her innovative ideas and a keen eye for detail, make her an invaluable addition to our team.

Her dedication and creative vision will undoubtedly bring a fresh perspective to our marketing efforts.

Team Engineer

Aaron Cameron

Aaron joins JKD Racing in 2023 to provide technical and engineering guidance to the team.

Aaron is from Melbourne and began his racing career in go-karting before moving to car racing, winning the Toyota 86 Racing Series in 2018. He then moved to the TCR Australia Series in 2019 finishing fourth in the championship, then in 2020 he finished third overall scoring two race wins and six podium finishes. Aaron also competes in the S5000 category.

With his impressive performances in TCR Australia, Cameron was selected to represent Australia in the inaugural FIA Motorsport Games held in Italy in 2019, where he competed in the touring car category and finished fifth overall.
