JKD Driver Jensen Engelhardt took to the track for his first race with the V8 SuperUtes on the Sandown track. “Didn’t get off to the best start in race 1 but had a great view of Mork airborne coming into turn 3” - Jensen #805
Each race saw improvements in lap times through a hectic 3 race schedule. Race 3 started off strong with Jensen jumping ahead a few spots off the line. Finishing 16th for the day, an overall spectacular day of racing.
-SANDOWN SUNDAY RECAP-
Today we finished the round at Sandown with race 4. Jensen started in 16th and showed awesome improvement with a strong second lap. Wrapped up early for the day, finishing in 17th. Now the preparation starts for Jensen’s first appearance at Bathurst in 3 weeks.

Our Junior development driver Jensen Engelhardt appeared solo on the track due to the unfortunate end of round 3 for our driver Dean Brooking, who had to remain in pit lane for the weekend.
This was Engelhardt's first appearance with the SuperUtes at Sandown Raceway and we couldn't be prouder of his continued improvement in lap time performance he has been showing on the track.
